After an array of questions, queries and various other things finally got the rifle.
.22 more like the IHP but the trigger is lot smoother and even got a scope rail fitted on it.
oh and the scope rail aint straight so am i screwed??????

it aint any band as such just some local guy made it. this is the very one which all the delhi guys tried out recently.

ah, so could you get any shots to check what its like? and yes rail is kind off but nothing that cant be fixed

ya i tried it along with the owned of the armory but all shots were going little low and couldn't figure out why. until we called dev who told us we were standing too close and the Air rifle was supposed to shoot at 10mtrs.

any clues as to how to get the rail fixed ??

I would return the air-rifle and ask for my money back, as the goods sold are not fit for the purpose intended.

I see no reason why you should be the one to repair it when you have paid to have it fabricated and mounted.

Dev managed to hit two shots one on another with this gun... so i think it is workable...
With the scope it should not be used under 10 mtrs.... its not a competition gun by any standards... but good for plinking... me thinks!
The trigger was smoother... much so, compared to the normal IHP and Savage indian airguns...

It looks like the holes were drilled off-center in the receiver.

The simplest way to fix this is to remove the screws, center the scope rail, figure out where the screw holes are underneath the rail, and drill 3 new holes. Even better is getting a new section of rail so it doesn't have 6 holes drilled in it. Move the rail forward or backward 10mm or so and you won't have any interference problems between the old and new screw holes.

Also, when you install the screws, have them all point the same way as it looks much more professional. Look at a fine shotgun and you'll see what I mean.

Spoke to the gentleman who gave me the Air rifle
He was very cooperative and said if i wasn't happy i could return it. Plus as i type he is calling the guy who put the scope rail and is asking him to make another one with a new scope rail THATS STRAIGHT and has asked me to use this rifle to see if there are any flaws in it that i can spot. He'll get them corrected aswell

So i suppose i really need to show it one of the Air rifle enthusiasts around Delhi to see if there are any flaws.
I tried firing a few shots on a target from a distance i suppose was 10 mtrs but they all went lower so i'd recon i even need to fiddle a little with the sights on the rifle but am clueless with what to do. let me see and help my self to some reading material.

this is what i got using this rifle. though i was aiming pretty high and trying different places adjusting the sights but me and my boss managed to get this. it was close to 10 mtrs i suppose

What fun we used to shoot in office in the everest days, in fact we had air rifles in a locker. Glad Ken got into it, you just need to get familiar with the rifle and the sights and you'll enjoy it.

Glad that manufacturer stands behind his product, actually I didn't expect any less from him. What pellets are you using are Mastershots doing good in it?
