This seems to be the Chinese Army's Idea of a Moving Target..

Would be fun to watch the Olympics next year!

Oh, i won't need the cardboard target... just the guy will do, so long he is Chinese Army... they did enough damage to us in '62. AND i won't need red markers too... just wud let him scoot and PRESTO... u have a moving target... with a centre around his a** !!

Looks like fig 12 is a fig 12 in many places in the world.
