If the grouping is good then there is no reason why you should not mount it.

Well... I would personally first try and have the trigger improved somewhat... Anyone have any diagrams of the "ball bearing" based s-stage Diana trigger? It might be an idea to have a similar unit fabricated for your IHP rifle...

Cheers!

i called on M/s arts crafts ,the distributors for Delhi &a lady told me on phone that i will have to deposit 12.5 k for pneumatic air rifle with peep sight & the delivery will be after one month, but when i went there with the money ,a fat lady told me that she had a talk with Mr. makheja & he has told her that the waiting time is 4 to 6 months. The company manufacturers only 10 pneumatic rifles per month & they have a huge order from Indian army. I wonder if such is the demand for these rifles why no other company is manufacturing them.

...........mercs are beautiful to drive but then why dosent ambassador make a mercedes instead.

Pneumatic air rifles are not made by others as they neither have the resources nor the capacity to make them. Even if you mange to find one .........before using the air rifle pray to Almighty that you never need repairs........its easier to buy a new air rifle and difficult to have one repaired....

There is nothing in these air rifles that can not be made in India. The thing is that most of the air rifle manufacturers in India are in the small scale sector with total capital investment not more than 7 to 10 lakhs .I import used machines from Europe & i have seen many machines that are used for making barrels for the air rifles ,the total cost of the project should be around 45 to 50 lakhs but either you should have a good designer or u should be a good copycat . So the only option available is either import a rifle or suffer the whims & fancies of these manufacturers

Is it a copy of the S & W small frame,it definitely looks better than the .32 variant.
