Werywin Victor or Webley Hawk

Hi All

I was looking to purchase a new handgun and was considering Victor (32 ACP) or Webley HAWK (45 ACP). On the Victor model it states "Made in USA" . Is it true that all the parts of the Victor pistol are made in USA or is it just the grip? Any suggestions between Victor and Hawk? Lastly, does anyone know by when will Werywin launch the M&P 45 Compact?

I found the Victor's price exorbitant. I think the Taurus is priced better.
