My sincere advise to you would be to visit a Gun Dealer near you and find it out, unfortunately the retail prices of Indian made guns are not regulated and their prices can depend on demand and supply, thus can vary from place to place. Both your weapons of choice are good and popular, there shouldn't be too much difference in prices, maybe 5000 to 8000 but not more. It'll be more convenient to buy from the nearest store.
