Re: My custom air pistol
That is a very impressive pistol! Thanks for sharing your photos with us.
Can you tell us something about how it was made, suh as the design, materials, and tools you used?
It looks like it would be quite comfortable to shoot. What sort of accuracy can you obtain from it?

Its receiver body, air cylinder and values are made from aluminium, grips are wood, barrel, hammer, Triggers are steel.
Barrel is rifled with 6 grooves.
Trigger is match grade with adjustable 1st and 2nd stage and length of trigger full.
i have access to cnc and vmc machine and all machining done with cnc inclunding rifling the barrel.
Accuracy depends on shooter . i can compare it with any match grade rifles and pistols.
my purpose to use it for pest control around my farm.
I am attaching some cad pics for understanding the working mechanism.
Thank you.

Kudos to you for having undertaken and successfully completed this project. A few more details about the air pistol would be a great thing. Velocity, grouping at 10m and such.

You made your own barrel? Well done! And your own adjustable trigger? i salute you! This must have required some very careful setting up and fitting. Thanks for sharing this with us!

Re: My custom air pistol
Hi,
I make my own barrels (6 and 12 grooves up to 500mm length) and trigger units.
I have modified my cnc machine to make rifling.
This pistol giving 245 to 250 MPS with 10.35 grain pellets with some adjustments of value spring.
There is no hammer spring adjustment for this.
Accuracy is really good and took some big rats with it.
Now my friend took this pistol and enjoying shooting.
Now i am working on tactical rifle with AR15 grip and adjustable butt. Soon i will update it here.
Thank you.
