Spoke to RFI and here is the detail.

RFI modified is 77,000 + 28% GST. Might take minimum 7-8 months for delivery.

Cons: can't sell the weapon for the next 5 years.

Spoke to a couple of Kolkata shops and the price is 120,000.
Talk to Joy Vishwas , he's a forum member here . When you buy from a dealer there's no such condition restraining you from selling the weapon . Also consider that you may very well wish to buy .32 Webley or any Glock when they come to our market .
In any case 120k is not a fair price and I wonder how dealers in MP etc place are able to sell this weapon at this exact price despite paying separate Stste gst !!!

Yes available. In India there is no restriction on magazines. Here we have ammo limit mentioned in license so magazine limit is not required.

Thank you for your input.

I am from Guwahati and Kolkata is 24 hours by road. In that scenario do you have any idea if I am allowed to bring back gun through airlines ?
Thnaks,
I would share my experience bringing mt weapon in an airline.
I was traveling from Rajkot (Gujarat) to Mumbai.

First of all you need to get your NOC formalities if your license is a state specific license like mine is Gujarat State only arms license, If I want my gun with me in another state I am required to apply a temporary permission for the number of days, mode of transport and etc.

You need to carry your original license, NOC and other documentation and the weapon in unloaded condition in a box/container. You should reach the airport early and meet the concerned authority they will guide you with where the weapon will be store in flight. They charge some INR 5000 for one way.

I would recommend and suggest to call your Airline beforehand, as many airline has different policies in case of weapon transportation, they might guide you well in advance rather than simply reaching the airport not knowing the airline specific rules for weapon storage and transportation.
