2023 Production Alofs Steampunk Shotgun
We discussed Alof's steampunk shotgun a few weeks ago thinking of it as a forgotten shotgun. I was surprised to see a version of it being commercially produced and for sale at a very reasonable price.

It is not going to win any beauty contest but very cool.

Wow, good find, Herb. That's very interesting. I see that it folds up like the old Beretta single shots used to do years ago, as well. This would make it handy. As you say, it won't win any beauty contests, but I find it quite interesting too.

Awesome find, Herb. Fascinating that someone should think that it is a worthwhile investment to produce a gun like this. Grabbing a couple of these would be a good idea as one does not know how long the production will last. Thanks for sharing. I would not mind buying a couple of these myself.

I found the original maker, Sülün Arms, in Turkey. It is their Model ST-601
https://sulunarms.com/st-601/
They make a wide assortment of various guns, according to their website. The even have a couple of 410 bore revolver shotguns, one operated by a lever and the other presumably works like a conventional double action revolver. They seem to have something for every taste!

Good find, Tim. They even got a revolver shotgun and a folding type poacher's gun too. Very interesting.

Thanks Tim, Turkish gun makers (Huglu, Sulun etc.) are really doing a good job making decent quality affordable guns.
