Is there anyone having proper information about process to go through and auction or when there is auction

Theoretically it’s an auction and when such an auction has to take place, rules and regulations are published in newspapers. Practically, these weapons can be acquired if you have CM or Cabinet minister level approach.

In auctioned weapons, there are good and bad, both weapons available so one should select his piece carefully. It’s better to pay full amount and buy from open market than to buy a bad piece from auction.
