Vinveli has started calling interested customers

Hi all,

Today i received a call from vinveli against my interest that I had shown on their website. They took a small survey and thought not confirming but said that civilian production is on and they hope to be in market in a few months.

Did anyone else also got such a call or I was pranked.

Yes I did, I refused to give any information on phone but asked for a mail, which is awaited.

Well it was a usual pre launch survey to judge the customer interest and maybe gauge how high they can price their products.

there are some people who will reply that they are ready to pay up to 10 lakhs for it

imho, less supply and high demand, so they can always have high price specially when there are some who keep telling they are ready to pay up to 10 lakhs for it

I was very clear that they don't stand much chance of successful numbers if they don't keep pricing around their international pricing.

I think companies need to change their strategies.. should come up with production of a new ammo like .380 or something ..and launch guns of that calibre at good prices and earn from the ammo instead of pricing the gun at a ludacris price.

I have contacted with Vinveli.. and now eagerly awaiting for CZ 600 in .223 Remington. It will be best gun and calibre in India.. light recoil, light gun, long range, have sufficient power and ammo will be relatively cheaper than 30 06.. all round best..
