Iof .22 rifle increase it's price upto 25000 by the dealer in Punjab HP HR and the dealer say the price is increased by RFI ishapore.but dealer also say there is no more production in RFI for this rifle.i don't know wats the matter behind it.who increase the price we don't know but the black money market grow.the dealer who had old stock 49000 rupees rifle and they are selling is now at 95000.at that time no price information on iof or RFI website

IOF increases price every year in April-May and this increment used to be small but this year the increment has been huge.

The increment has been small in revolvers but all others product like pistols, rifles and cartridges prices has gone quite up.

Ok so this is a legitimate price increase for the iof 30-06? An armory in Karnataka had quoted me 200000/- for the 30-06. After a lot of haggling, he only reduced to 195000/-. He blamed it on the short supply.
Is the iof 30-06 worth 2 lakh or is it better to wait for the prices to come down? Any advice would be great!

There is no short supply now in the market. IOF has increased prices of all weapons and cartridges. See if you can negotiate a bit more, 1.90 would be the right price.
