40 s&w vs 45 acp or something else?

Does anyone know the price of 40 s&w and 45 acp in India? From what i hear 40 s&w is really hard to find unlike 45 acp but i don't know the price of either. And which one do you prefer? (or do you prefer something else)

40 S&W really hard to get. Price should be around Rs. 1200 each.
