My New Airforce Condor in 0.177 cal

I bought airforce condor from airgunindia as well. I have some comments about him but lets keep that aside.
For the life of me I am not able to pump any air into the tank. I have followed all the instructions. I have a hill mk4 pump from pyramid air. When I insert the quick disconnect, its like nothing happens. The manometer in the tank reads 1000 psi but I the pump doesn't even move an inch. I have tried pumping like a madman and it doesn't move an inch.

I noticed that the grey color valve in the tank is recessed a bit, I feel like it does not even open, so all the air gets leaked out instead of going in.

I truly regret this purchase, so much that I'm trying not to think about it. I feel like nothing will help.

Of course the guy @ Airgunindia, he is asking me to send me the hose and adapter, I really do not trust him at all. Now I'm stuck.
Due to covid no diving or paintball shops are open.

Obviously the airgunindia guy will never accept my return, so I don't know what to do.

If you can help me, I will be truly grateful for you.

Dear friend,
First of all check any leakage in fill probe or pump connections, confirm all the connections are tight fit with little Teflon tape,
An other hand , Am also bought a SMATRA 500 PCP from a gun dealer, it has a 500 CC tank, so we can't fill it with a HAND PUMP, so am preferred a SCUBA and now it works well, plz try with a scuba,

Very easy to strip it to parts and reassemble. For servicing the gun and the air bottle.

Yes sir, you can buy many of the parts of AIRFORCE Condor from aliexpress for assemble a whole rifle

Gun is from a dealer. Barrel Shroud from airgunindia.com. More of cosmetic than practical.

I am using an Airgunindia Barrel shroud. It is just that .It is not a suppressor like on Condor SS. There isomer noise reduction by bare ear judgement but very minimal. It is more of cosmetic especially when in High Power.
