Query: Precihole NX200 - Heaviest Pellet with No Damage to Gun
Dear Veterans and NX200 Users,
I wanted to know what is the heaviest pellet grain that can be used with NX200 without damaging gun’s components?
I wrote to Precihole Support and they returned generically saying “Best suitable are lead pellets of 8 to 9grains or 0.5 to 0.68 grams for .177 CAL Air Rifles.”.
That wasn’t what I wanted to know...
Please share You experience with this gun...

I fire lots of heavy and light pallet. every weapons has its like and dislike but honestly my favourite pallet in term of accuracy and power is jsb exact heavy diabolo 10.34gr.and the worst pallet for nx200 is Gamo G hammer 15.42 gr(don't buy it if you had nx200 rifle)

Re: Query: Precihole NX200 - Heaviest Pellet with No Damage to Gun
I have used JSB 8.44 and 10.34 grains, precipell wadcutter, and round head, G Smith 10 grain Hyper Impact in my NX200. All give good performance but JSB 8.44 is the best in my opinion.
However, I don't have JSB Beast Diabolo (16.20 grain) so cannot tell about it. But for a ~20 Joules energy producing .177 breakbarrel, I think 16.20 grain should be the limit. More heavy pellets (if there is) might loose the harmony.

Thanks, Bhuvneshwar, for Sharing Your personal experience... speaking to some of the frequent shooters from my acquaintances confirmed 8.xx to 10.xx but anything heavier than 11.5, they’ve felt Slow-shots.bhuvneshver1234 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 3:51 pmI fire lots of heavy and light pallet. every weapons has its like and dislike but honestly my favourite pallet in term of accuracy and power is jsb exact heavy diabolo 10.34gr.and the worst pallet for nx200 is Gamo G hammer 15.42 gr(don't buy it if you had nx200 rifle)

Your experience concurs what I felt with Precipell Wadcutter and Round Head...
I started with H&N Excite 7.48gr, and sample Precipell Round Head 8.7gr (50Ct), and soon got the feel of how a little heavier ~10gr may perform better.
With G-Smith 10gr HyperImpact, the improvements were noticeable today, and so, H&N Barracuda 10.65gr is on the way from Kiehberg.
However my heart is still longing for Precipell FieldTarget (Round Head) to keep in stock which I’ll order soon after I’ve tried the Barracudas...
Thanks again for hoping in with Your time on this...
Cheers!

You can use the heaviest pellet you can find.Only downside is it may get stuck in the barrel.SoulSniper wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 12:28 pmDear Veterans and NX200 Users,

Don't use too light pellets or some cheap locally produced loose fit pellets. It maynot do much harm for initial few shots, but it will damage seals and other internals on a long run.

Thanks, Bishop!
No way even for once m gonna try those cheap ones...
I’m sticking to Precipell Round, H&N FTT, G.Smith HyperImpact... the Wadcutter (H&N Excite Econ) from my first purchase is at the verge of finishing.
Thanks again for Your recommendations...
