People my two cents on this. Glock will be a game changer in domestic arms market. This will be an end to old imported handgun market, end of ofb civilian market, end of Sheikh, and probably Webley or even many of our local gun shops. Even if 10,000 arms licensed people buy a Glock at 2 lakhs before taxes, its 200 crores. I am being conservative with the numbers.And, that is big money, much more is at stake. So lets wait and see, they may have gotten manufacturing license or close to getting one with Atmanirbhar Bharat promotion...losing stake holders will or may cause hurdles-to Glock. Let see....

Its over, Glock is coming for Indian civilians in NPB.

Means they got the license to manufacture for civilian and must be doing other internal process to setup the sales and other departments.

If Glock..beretta..taurus start manufacturing not just new licensees even those holding junk IOF will get rid of IOF stuff and lap these quality stuff. And if quality ammo also comes along then that will be double damaka.. Manufacturers have also to keep in mind that India and indians are price conscious as well so prices have to be balanced

Glock is not getting launched on 27th September. CMTPL website will be launched.

The problem is that we people get too excited too soon. This glock advertisement is going on from last 17 months but nothing has happened on ground level.

So we still have few non believers, or they just dont want to accept the fact. If there is any big inventory please dispose it fast in whatever returns, very less time remaining for the second hand weapons to give premium.

Rightly said sir , all those intrested in glock and other weapon should sell of the weapon immediately wether iof or old imported stuff should dispose of the immediately.
