The price of single barrel guns have been more or less stable, there is mot much increase compared to the price of rifles .......if you see in most gun shops you will see more single barrel guns than any other type......its the cheapest firearm you can buy and a durable common man's gun

These days you can't give away desi SBBL 12 bore guns for free. Desi DBBL guns are a couple of thousand. I am talking of second hand guns.

U r right but some SBBL guns r just excellent ol done prior to 1985 even doubble barrell r nice as at that time chokes were better particular in single barrell and better metal but due to decrease or no demand now reason being coming of Pumpaction guns . I have seen old single barrell guns can at higher ranges and better hits.One I saw 2- 3 guns in dealer shop one was mehar singh and sons ,second was Santokhoo gun works thris was dbbl Bharat small arms DBBL with fine ejectors each one was nice guns .Mehar singh and santokhoo guns single barrell of 70s were nice guns with better metal.

Dear team one more request from you i want to know that which 12 gauge is more accurate single barrel or double barrel in still target or moving Target .

They are all the same when using birdshots but when you are using a slug if the barrels of a double barrel are not aligned properly then it will not have the same point of impact but in a single barrel you will not have that problem........a well made double barrel will shoot both barrels at the same point

In my experience, I would suggest sbbl guns from prem sagar and sons.they produce qood quality, better metal and aesthetically at par with others

Dear team i take my final decision to buy Visco ssbl mandi. Pls suggest i saw the barrel is checked so i have confusion can i fire rifle slug and ball slug in this without any issue from this .

You need to check the choke. Slug/ball are not advisable for a full choke. Ideally a cylinder choke or improved cylinder choke is preferred. But if it's a cylinder choke, then shot pattern would open up early. Since hunting is banned and illegal, better stick to bird shot.

This the the barrel thickness and choke size. So pls suggest now this is good one and fire long rage with batter pattern and for slugs also

I want to buy new indian made ssbl gun. I am from Himachal. I only know visco mandi and shaktimaan ssbl. Anybody in this group know the price range for these guns and pls give your suggestion which gun i purchased in 32" barrel

I suggest you go for visco double barrel gun that way the gun becomes more versatile and dbbl have advantages like less recoil and you dont have to pull the hammer also it comes with automatic saftey and the price between visco single barrel and double is not much
