In Beretta Models 34 & 35,81 & 84 you need to change the barrels and the mags.
For the former it is single stack 7 shot mags, latter 8 shot single and 13 shot double stack mags.

Re: Beretta Tomcat /Kel-tec.
You are right penpusher, I am not recommending the usage or promoting it. I mentioned it for information in association with the original thread. Will try to get an answer to your question 'How about a Mauser Model 1871 rifle chambered for 11x60R being used to fire the IOF .315 cartridge? ' However I expected a more spirited reply!
IF the group wants to discuss about the usage of a smaller round being fired from bigger bore firearm let us open a new thread and present all our research there . The learning never stops.

Both Llamas and Berettas are pretty decent pistols. Since were discussing this in an Indian perspective, the issue of price and quality is relative. Since there's no steady running market for any type of foreign firearm, how can anyone give a definite on the quality of a gun other than what it would have been like factory fresh. From that perspective both are fine pistols.
It will all depend on how lucky you are with timing, finding a good seller, dealer... or factors like whether the former owner(s) looked after the guns etc.
Price... this is India don't look at any decent phoren handgun below a lakh!

IIRC you have a listing in the sale section for a rare PPK @ 7 L,surely if you own a PPK you should have an
idea of the prevaling prices for hand guns in the same league

Sanjay has a valid point.
Your Walther PPK (Rare variant at that), no matter what people think of it, is as fine as a pistol can get. Heaven knows why you'd need any thing more or better....or worse.
Beats me.

Duuno if the magazine can be imported... I thought you couldn't. Better informed folks here will be able to comment on that more comprehensively.james";p="26499 wrote:Hi,Sanjay i will soon post pictures of my walther ppk ,one of my friend in US had commited me to send 12 round extended magzine recently introduced in market but offlate i was interested in selling this and buying colt cobra or S&W Revolver as i am not able to get imported pistol cartriges ,IOF revolver cartriges are easely avaliable.Just thinking about it..James....
Its not just revolver cartridges... KF's .32ACP is just as easily available, if not, more plentiful than revolver shots.
Keep the Walther man.

OUCH just thinking about it scares me. I was worried about a .32 round being fired from a .380. This dealer should be blacklisted.penpusher";p="26261 wrote: .32 and .380 both have almost the same rim diameter ..32 is semi rimmed while .380 is rimless. Therefore a .32 can also be used in a .380 pistol. However it would require that the barrel be changed to enable a .380 pistol to fire a .32 cartridge or vice versa. The rest remaining the same. However to try to fire a .32 in a .380 barrel is not something that would be recommended. However I do see things this stupid being done in India.
How about a Mauser Model 1871 rifle chambered for 11x60R being used to fire the IOF .315 cartridge?

Why only blacklisted? Catch the bug*3r by the scruff of his neck, take him to the nearest range and make him fire his entire stock of 32ACPs from what ever 380 he is planning to peddle.dev";p="26580 wrote: OUCH just thinking about it scares me.
