Here is the page of india webley who claims they had launched the catalogue a few days back nd dealers lists will be out soon.... They also say there were at lucknow expo
Just wanna know is it really happening or a hoax...
If its true all us gun lovers should support them so we could get some choice in a budget (rather than having only iofs)

Seems true , just went to their website , they have their production facility near Lucknow , feeling really excited , Glock & Webley both seem to be coming to the Indian market ,it would really herald acche din for the gun lovers

I sincerely hope that Glock , Webley & others who have been given permission to manufacture weapons in India are allowed to sell in the Indian market & do not remain mere export oriented units. The products listed on the website also seem to suggest that they will be selling here ( .32 bore pistols & revolvers). Even the pump action 12 bore on the Webley site looks fantastic. If it happens the iof will certainly have to shut shop & am sure nobody is going to shed a tear for them . Expect senior members and others who have any info in this regard to share the same.

I sent a message to Webley India to know when they were going to launch their pistols & which bores along with the price. Received a prompt response on messenger that the pistols both 32 & 45 will be launched in the third quarter of this year . They didn't divulge the prices but added that they would be selling the cartridges of 45 too as it is np bore.

The two versions of 32 bore revolvers will be available for sale from April- may this year.

Received a reply from them as below

Revolvers will be available May 2020 onwards
Handguns will be available October 2020 onwards - .45 will be December 2020 onwards
Shotguns will be available January 2021 onwards
Airguns will be available January 2021 onwards
