It feels really nice to be reunited with an old friend again

Post by Mack The Knife » Sun Sep 09, 2007 5:09 pm

Bought this on 21st July 2003 and then sold her last year but bought her back today. Feels really good and she is still in the same condition as the day I first saw her.

It does when you try to take it away from Mack The Knife.Ooops.Let me clarify before I am misunderstood.I am not talking about the money that you would have to pay(I am sure it's not for sale) but about the pain you would suffer as you snatch Mack The Knife's baby or at least try to.Then again, if you are a fast runner you might have a chance:mrgreen:The good living is showing through.

Hehehe....

Jonah, NRAI are selling them for 85k (quoted price to KSRA) so I'll let you figure out what dealers charge for a new one.

P.S.: It's not for sale, so please do not hold up your local bank. ;)

Wowie.. Remember you talking you about this one. Did you represent KSRA when you last owned this CO2 pistol?

Just guessing but is it PCP??

Another guess 85K = 100%
Second hand 50% = 42500
Third hand ?? :)

Yes but it did not do KSRA any good in terms of gongs.

It's a PCP by the way.

Aaah... but this is exactly where being anal about maintenance (your words ;) ) pays dividends. If I was to sell it, I would be charging full whack, if not more. (penpusher, you may now feel vindicated ;) )

Now then, how does it feel to be hoisted by one's petard?

aa hah! Thats where u got it all wrong my friend.. 'Maintenance' is my second name. And I am one of those guys who likes to get his hands dirty.

The gypsy episode now comes into play eh??

I just wanted a first timer (with a 4x4) to have fun instead of having to worry his head off about maintenance and other factors. Ever wonder why a no 18 nut for a M&M costs Rs 5/- and the same size nut when asked for a gypsy costs 25 bucks??
