Twinmaster Top Rohm 0.177 air pistol

Hi,

I have a Rohm Twinmaster Top 0.177 air pistol. The air cylinder is leaking. Where can I get it repaired? And alternatively, would another pistol's air cylinder fit it? If yes, where can I buy a spare cylinder? Thanks.
