Russianshooter, Now I get it. Probably your facial features are similar to those who live in the North-Eastern parts of India. And you want to know if it is safe for you to travel and spend time in.

It is safe for most parts of India for you to stay. You may get some unwanted attention or curious looks, that too in villages, but you should be fine. You may probably be able to meet some of our IFG members in places you go to!

Sir some India state looks like Sikkim,Arunachal Pradesh,Assam,Manipur,Meghalaya,Mizoram,Nagaland its parts as now "Big Tibet"

Tibet its no only "special administrative region" of China

Some people in Myanmar have nationality "tibeto-burmisi" and yes its real tibet people too!

Added in 26 minutes 11 seconds:
and some china province tibet too

I am sorry, I misunderstood your question. India has lots of places where you can live peacefully.
If you are looking for places similar to Tibet, then try searching Google for Leh, Ladakh, Dras, Kargil, Zanskar, Padder, Lahul-Spiti, McLeodganj, etc. You already know about Sikkim and other North Eastern States of India. The areas I named are mostly populated by Buddhist people who are close relatives of Tibetan people. Even in Leh, Ladakh their language is same as in Tibet.

But I will discourage calling any part of India as 'Big Tibet' because these areas are independent of Tibet politically for long time. Its my personal view.

I read about Mordovia on Wikipedia. Tell us more about your place and land.

Regards

Sir "Big Tibet" its only geographic name, not political!

Moksa-people its more then Mordovia, its middle Volga and other place in Russia
Its NOT slavic people, basic black hair, black (solar) eyes (also now children of a sun) very white skin and europic (scandinavic) face

Volga in Russia its look like Gang in India
