Lakshya Cartridges by Fiochhi

Hi,friends .Recently I saw a new cartridge in a gun shop by the name of Lakshya. It was a plastic cartridge .It was for about 80/- . What caught my attention was the headstamp,which was written Fiochhi ,Italy. I know that Fiochhi does not make this brand of cartridge.I wanted to know whether it is a newly made cartridge or reloaded using hulls from shooting ranges? Thank You.

Only empty shells without primer and powder were supplied by Fiochi.

I did not get a chance to try it out. I prefer to stick with KF And Shaktiman Express cartridges. My uncle does not have large quota for experiments. But iwill surely try , once i have my own gun.
