Neeraj

Armed and paramilitary forces provide specialized training for snipers and these are serious career choices and tracks. I don’t quite understand terms sniper expert or tools? We discuss shooting / guns as a sport and not weapons. Do read expected code of conduct for members.

Incase you want to learn shooting then there are members who can guide you, first lesson follow gun safety rules and one can search this board for more information for beginners.

Hopefully you are not a troll but a budding shooter.

Best

Snipers are killing machines and before u take the plunge to become one, reassess yourself to see if you are hard enough. Many a times, the fingers do not obey the brain... as your shot will extinguish a life. Do give it a serious thought...

Welcome aboard Skyn3t. I can only echo what Anupam said.

There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor polite, nor popular -- but one must ask, "Is it right?"

Skyn3t....

You actually mean sniper as in...shooting people as a job profile?

Are you serious or have you been on a FPS diet? ;)

I hope you simply mis-worded your desire to attain proficient marksmanship.

Welcome aboard anyway :)
