it is possible to produce obsolete pattern firearm at home for personal use?
and it necessary to get certificate that declare it exempted from arms act?

Hi Friend,

In India, if you have barrel/pipe with one end sealed & hole drilled down the pipe which can/may facilitate ignition irrespective of design it will be classified under firearms.(similar to canon)
