Firearm transfer?

My family has firearms in India want to transfer to my name? How many can I transfer is there a limit if so that’s not the business not good. I’m a usa citizen also hope that’s not a issue if so I’ll have to get a oci passport? And anything else that I should know? Thank you brothers, also I’m not worried if I can register them I got other options.

A Freeman is person who can own anything India is not under stupid British rule those stupid people. India has dumb laws that need to fix for its citizens And what makes India think I wouldn’t have firearms there anyways if I couldn’t own them they must of hit there head.
