SDB ENTUSIAST

Post by Masterravi » Fri Dec 01, 2017 12:31 am

Hii everyone.

First of I will like to introduce myself. Name is Ravi and I am shooting since last 22 years.
I am a big fan of sdb rifles and am also reading the posts in those forum since long.
I am having 2 SDB rifles with me and 1 Sisco 200 model and 1 pistol.
My first gun which my father gave in my hands was SDB junior model. I have shot more then 50000 pellets and barrel of that model is out now.

Another favorite of mine is SDB LG 150 MODEL. With this guy have shot more then 25000 pellets and it's still working.

For me working is - power still awesome. 2. Accuracy I can break a chalk from 15 mtrs.

Sisco is a hard coming compared to SDB SO I DONT USE IT MUCH.

now I want to be effective in 40 to 50 metres target shooting so I am planning for a new rifle.

Screened out SDB ARTEMIS AND PRECIHOLE NX100.

Maybe I choose both . But if any precise suggestions I will be happy.

In addition if anyone needs more clarity on focus and aiming I will be happy to share my experience.

Will keep on updating timely on that.

Hope I get new friends and learn more.

Ravi

It's next to impossible to "shoot out" the barrel of an air-rifle, more likely it has gotten dirty with collected dirt and lead deposits.

Welcome aboard and hope you enjoy your stay here :)

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum! I own both these rifles and in my limited experience both are great.

Hii all

One of my friend will be comming from Germany to India in January.

I am excited to use good gun. Within range of USD 200 I have seen many guns on pyramidair.com including Benjamin wildfire n Diana pcp.

Can anyone pls give me more light on which one should I buy around 200 usd.

Also my frnd is not a rifle association member. In many other post I have read carrying in personal baggages doesn't requires that.

I need proper advice on which gun and safely comming to India.

Budged around 200 USD. Place of purchase from Germany

Dear,
I am also a proud owner of SDB Artemis in .177cal and owned and shooted many air rifles like daws 65,power 35,Tommy under lever but all these are in higher cal.
I can assure you that if you buy Artemis you will surely fall in love with it.Very accurate and yet powerful.
I hope our senior member will surely help in choosing the best. And yes it will definitely give satisfying result till 50yards or so due to good flatter trajectory.
Thanks.

For SDB Enthusiasts.....
You have following options......
Low power light weight -----GenNex----Target , fun shooting for hours...
Solid power yet light weight and cheaper---- Sport---both for target and long range...
High power moderate weight and great looking--- Artemis---Long range shooting--- gaming...
