It’s a safe bet to go for Indian weapons as there are chances that in next two to three years company like Barretta, S&W, Walther sets up a Joint venture in India .... MOU has already been signed ...

Posting few more Pics after the Bluing of the GUN. IOF Mark IV revolver uses a superb quality Metal and bluing on it resembles S&W original Bluing. Also after a little Bugs spend the weapon becomes easy to use and very smooth similar to W&S. Why put huge money ( 3-5 Lacs) on a 40-50 years old metal when our IOF weapons ( specially Mark IV revolver) are good with little modification and permissible changes.

Its a nice piece and really looks good with little mods. In Punjab there are people involved in modification business at Amritsar. Most dealers get it done at Amritsar and Patiala. But i still feel metal quality of old foreign weapons was better. Sharing a picture of my Mark4 webley.

Respected members of the I.F.G group, is it safe to use imported ammo in a iof.32 mk iv revolver?
What will be the consequences if i use imported ammo rather than the iof ammo?
Please advise me with ur valuable suggestions
