मै बिहार का रहने वाला हूँ और मुझे भी राइफल चलाना सीखना है। क्या आप मे से कोई मुझे राइफल अकादमी का फ़ोन या मोबाइल नम्बर दे सकते है। फिलहाल मै राज्य सूचना आयोग का एम्प्लॉय हूँ । प्लीज अगर कोई है तो मुझे सीखने मे मदद करें।

Is getting a membership of magadh rifle club equivalent to getting a membership of a district rifle club/association?

You don't need to become a member of State/District Association , in order to make a career in Shooting Sports.
