Gentlemen let us not get into personal attacks on each other. Bhawani Shukla, let me try to clarify what appears to have happened:
1) If you read my comments in my previous post above, you will understand, when just the reverse things are happening in country, to the open promise made to the nation stating "any Constitution", every right thinking Indian will feel betrayed and angry at Congress.
2) In past there was one id, that used to make very tall claims etc. I am assuming the members are thinking you to be the same person in guise of different id. Since you have said that you will be joining NAGRI it appears you may not be the same person.
sa_ali i will surely join nagri and sure be in touch with people who are seeing that forum.....will make them talk to the right people...cheers
This is really good. Thank you!

BShukla
As GDM pointed out the umbrage everyone is taking to is the prevalent sentiment for the sense of entitlement syndrome reflected in your posts and the false bravado of zipping through areas with Z security. This also comes across as arrogance 'Thakedars' to be able to gauge from far in AC drawing rooms / Fancy addresses the plight of folks stuck in cross fire between forces and other side in so called troubled area who live and suffer daily in grind to survive without bare basic amenities completely forgotten by one and all. The AK47s and Sten guns etc are with guards who actually risk their life none is issued to any person directly but who knows what special rules are may be under special quota you could secure a Glock but make sure thy issue imported ammo to you! Use this feedback as a learning experience .. One last advise its very different experience once someone fires at you unless one is probably trained and experienced -- diapers might be required..something one should never hope or wish for.

Good luck hope to see you around tone down your posts and share more pictures of your guns . You do have a great shotgun Browning semi auto A5 - a trend setter gun designed by John Browning - do write some more about it what ammo do you feed etc and how old is it?

The solution as per law is the following -

1. After getting written no objection from all legal heirs to the weapon, apply for PB license. Reason for license: family heirloom.

2. If license is refused, get the refusal in writing and appeal to the appellate authority.

3. If still refused, file a writ in High Court. Whenever if you need sample writ, just PM me your email, will email you copy of it.

the .38 spec S&W revolver is a NPB weapon in Delhi and I have the license for the same. It is as small as the new .22 revolver released in India. It is good weapon. Vijay Sethi

First apply for a restricted calibre (PB) handgun license and once you get it, start calling the various arms & ammunition dealers to find out if anyone has it in stock.

How can I get PB Licence without red tapism which infests my country now. The Babus think they are gods. They lick the feet of elite few and for the rest they are either unapproachable or just out of "price range" I would have loved a gun coz I study them. Whats a 9mm Pistol? Its nothing. Why such eunuch attitude towards arming our youth? Indian youth is heavily taxed and provided human security services at great cost. What about civilian personal security? I think our security is our right ! Why cant we keep advanced weaponry for securing our property and family and our personal selves. Why unnecessarily burden the Police. Let em have a taste of Naxalites who are infesting India and want a civil war in our country. In metros and towns in farms and boats we will protect ourselves
