Authorized dealer code of sbi how to get

I have Beretta 84fs with customs right now and they are asking AD code of my bank, i asked my branch that is State Bank of India but they are not aware of, help please

Did you ask customs what is AD Code(it's full form etc.) and why they need it? Once you have this information, perhaps you will be in a better position to explain to the bank.

AD stands for Authorized Dealer code.

Authorized Dealer code can be bought from from your home bank branch or the forex department of your bank.

why not try sbi website and filter through the branch codes it may help

Authorised dealer AD in short is the bank branch through money is received or remitted. In your case its the bank branch through which you paid for Beretta 84fs.
