I placed an order and still waiting for my Artemis 0.177 air gun.

In the mean time, going over internet for scopes...

I read in amazon that artemis has 12mm scope groove. What does 12 mm mean? Is it 11 mm dovetail groove?

the price is around 11.5k at kovibazzar.
basuda can you post a picture or schematic diagram of the trigger mechanism or at least relate it to some well known air gun so that i can search on the net.i could not understand double pull weight adjustable mechanism & no info available on google. with most air rifles i face the problem with triggers including precihole which i solved after reading gnv's post. the trigger design will influence my purchase decision on this one. does this ar require tuning or is it fully optimised out of the box?

Trigger in Artemis is the same in apache.It is a basic direct sear trigger of one piece,in which the sear can be moved front or back to adjust the pull length and weight.While tightening the rear screw will press the sear front and reduce the contact of sear with piston latch and reduce the triggering effort.while screwing it reverse will bring the sear to original position and this is called full trigger and the travel and trigger effort is at the high.A reasonable adjustment will strike a balance between safety and smoothness of usage of this trigger. It will get better with usage and not fully tuned.A rifle should be tuned only after the break in period of required number of shots, which is minimum 1500. As like every spring piston or gas piston, it needs maintenance like lubing and cleaning. At last ,it will get better day by day with usage, as I am the user of Apache, I can guarantee that.
