Some Noise in new SP50 Phoenix
Hello Friends
I just received my new Precihole Phoenix SP50. I tested about 40 shots with H&N Sport.
Every thing looks butter smooth and the accuracy is great although the recoil is bit more than what I expected.
But there is a strange khat khat (metal sound) coming from the action area when the pistol is shaken or moved in idle condition. The same is not there if I do the same when the pistol is cocked and ready to fire.
Please guide if this is normal or I need to check with Precihole support team.
Thanks
Gaurav

That's the sound of the cocking lever link.

Thanks for the clarification. I am enjoying my target shooting. Just the recoil is bit more than my expectation.

Re: Some Noise in new SP50 Phoenix/Taurus
Hi Guys,
I have received my Precihole SP50 Taurus (RF) today and noticed the same 'Khat-khat' sound coming from the cocking link-lever junction when the AP is manually shaken. In my case, the sound is also present(less though) after cocking. Apart from that the pistol is shooting really nice and accurate. Should I be concerned and ask for a replacement?
Thank you.
Regards
Dipen

I guess the pin near where the barrel breaks is loose. This can sometimes scratch the stock. Contact precihole and they will give a solution.

Mine is working fine after 2000 shots even with the slight noise. I don't think it will be an issue to bother about.
