Shooting clubs in pune
Can anyone suggest me good shooting club for amateur rifle shooting. I am planning to go on weekends as a hobby in pune.

1. Avoid the M.E.S. Shooting Range at Renuka Swaroop High School, Sadashiv Peth - the range manager (anand borade) is a characterless fellow who shall pay attention to you ONLY if you are a continuous source of income from him - weapon (first and foremost), pellets, targets, etc., shall do anything and everything to ruin you shooting if you do not...besides he does not know the first thing about pistol shooting and neither is he qualified to be a rifle shooter - he is only there to mint money.
2. A new range at S.P. college (sir parshurambhau college) in Sadashiv Peth - by Gaurav Zende
3. Gun For Glory at Balewadi (Gagan Narang's Institute)
4. PDRA (pune district rifle association) range near magarpatta city near hadapsar (but this is in litigation with the MRA over affiliations)
4. Sharada Sports Center - Sharada Arcade - Erandwane
Even if you use for weekends, you may probably have to pay for lifetime membership or annual membership - as per the club rules (not 100% sure)
