Hi,
I am Mohammed Asif from Bangalore an Engineer. Is there any age limit to join in shooting competition as I am 28 yr old and I'm interested to participate in shooting. I never even had touched guns till now. Now I'm interested to become a sports person in 10m air rifle!!! Any guys answer it...

Age limit is when you are six feet under. Just jump in and enjoy yourself.

Dear M. Asif,
I second dev on his line. However, undergo safety course first at a good club/ range and evaluate your liking for rifle or pistol. Then choose that course and learn diligently, practice hard and prosper.
Without basic course seldom shall any association allow you to participate in any competition. BTW there is a lower age limit of 12 years for entry. And remember SAFETY FIRST... ALWAYS. So observe safety rules irrespective of how "irrelevant" they might appear at times. Good Luck.

What is your location? There are options for learning, in the form of shooting clubs/ associations, in most big cities. You can go through the relevant section here to try and locate one closest to you.
