Buy any .32 revolver in good condiction ,s&w or colt may be costly ,webley may look outdated . Check for spanish make Llama, astra or Ruby all s&w copy ,they are in 2 to 3 lac bracket . If you do proper check up like timing , cylinder-barrel gap, cylinder endshake, extractor alingment, barrel condiction ect . Trigger pressure in these are generally managable. If you are like, fixed on IOF revolver ,the latest batch comes with spring like s&w which regulates the trigger pressure ,this can be reduced by good gunsmith ,however i hate external safety on IOF revolver.
Training on firearm to family member is good initiative.

Make sure you have her wear hearing protection all the time. If she is not used to shooting the report will make her flinch.
Once she is comfortable with the .22 LR, then move on to a larger caliber. Don't start her with the biggest firearm you have, if she gets turned off, she might never pick up a handgun again.
Explain the sight picture to her. Show her the proper grip. Explain the trigger pull. Let her make the decision as to what caliber and what handgun she should use. Teach her the four rules of gun safety before you go out to shoot.
with you XL.
Start with .22LR then go for bigger caliber.
