Mundaire,
I should have been more specific.What if one carries only ammo with valid All India license as a passanger in an aircraft. Does one have to pay the Arms Carry fees as with when carrying a fire arm. Obviously one would want to declare it before embarking.

I remember some problem involving AnjaliJi and other shooters. Someone was going to Mavlankar and the ticket was for 3700. He/she was asked to pay 15,000 for the 3 guns. The flight was missed!

Also, airliners charge the fee but the DGCA can wave it's डंडा to stop this blatant loot, just like TRAI has reigned in these phone guys.

In our WhatsApp group of more than 200, NOT ONE has done that!

This is what I will spend the next 24 of my vacation on . Spreading it, spamming websites.
