Has anyone got an approval from Mantralaya??

Hi

My grandfather owned a Czech pistol. Last year I applied for a license under family hierloom category with NOC of all legal hiers.

My license application was rejected by the Mumbai police after 10 months.

Now, I have my hearing at the Mantralaya next week. I want to know:

1) Has anyone got their applications approved at mantralaya?

2) What happens at the hearing at mantralaya?

Carry all papers required for new Lic. If you're father holding Arms licence for more than 25 years then matter will be easy. Rest trust in God. Best of Luck.

They want money nothing else mostly your work will not be done , you will have to fight in high court .

What reason did they give you for refusing your license? Unless you are mentally unstable or have criminal background I cant see a "VALID" reason for refusing your license.
