Help identifying Belgian shotgun

i have a elg made 12 bore side by side gun transferred on my name in gud condition within family. i cannot find the date of make, if any one can help and the value of the gun if i wud want to sell in future.

@ginni4318- ELG isn't a maker, simply a proof mark used by the proof house at Leige, Belgium.

Seems like you most probably have a Belgian made trade gun. These were made by many different small Belgian gunmakers engaged in "the trade", sometimes they marked their names on the guns, but often they didn't. Gunmaking in Belgium was a cottage industry, very similar to watchmaking trade in Switzerland.

Enjoy shooting your gun, in stead of worrying about who made it :)
