diffrence between 9mm luger & 9mm kurz

I was reading about PB and NPB and found that 9mm kurz is NPB. Plz someone guide how to get it's license

Dear Deepak not all 9mm are prohibited only 9x19 or 9mm Parabellum is PB. 9mm Kurz means 9mm Short which is also known as .380.
