Re: National Rifle Association of India - NRAI
Respected fellow members,
I have been looking forward to enrol as a member with NRAI for a very long time, but I could not get the right support couple of years ago and I stopped pursuing the membership.
In fact, in 2009, I had requested the existing members on this fourm to help me out, and Abhijeet (mundaire) was kind enough to respond back, however he could not sign my application, as he already had quite a few to be signed off.
After about 6 years, I still am keen to become a member of the NRAI and would like to see if I can , but wondering if anyone would be willing to help me by proposing my membership. If anyone is willing to sign my application, kindly let me know and I can connect with you with whatever details you may require.
Please support! Looking forward in anticipation!

I have a small question , if you become a member of any state shooting range , how do you practice ? We only have 50 rounds on our license. Do the academies provide you with extra bullets ?

You can buy ammo from your Shooting Club.. I buy SK .22 @ ₹11 per round from my club. But, that round is used for practice & should be used within the club facilities & cannot be taken out & the spent brass has to be deposited to the club authorities.
I guess I have cleared things out for you. Happy Shooting.

Dear Friends,
Please also mention the range/club you're using.
I was in Hyderabad last month and when I inquired to use the range and ammo, I was told that the ammo is priced at Rs19 each for KF. And no imported ammo was available.

I have shot in Karnataka State championship this year, but couldn't qualify.
Can I register myself and shoot for Delhi State championship and participate in that event?
I am willing to relocate (and apply for address proof etc. and join a local club) and update my address in the NRAI profile. WIll there be a problem from NRAI?

To participate in DSRA, you need to either be a permanent resident of Delhi or a member of DSRA or it's affiliated clubs.

Re: National Rifle Association of India - NRAI
Do you have mebership of KSRA ? or NRAI shooter ID ?
If yes, you need a NOC from KSRA and once you are a member of Delhi state, you will have to get your shooter ID updated with NRAI.

Okay , Thank you very much to my fellow forum friends in general and specially to Mr. Mundaire to help me out.
But , I had found another NRAI member near my locality after a detailed inquiry
And got my membership forum completely filled and was posted today
I am overwhelmed from the assistance raised towards me by all the well wishers ^^
Thanks Again ...
