What a sad for the family and the army! Not just for Subedar Fateh Singh but all those brave soldiers who lost their lives! It really stumps me that despite intelligence reports of an impending attack, militants not only crossed over but entered an Air Force Base, opened fire and killed Indian soldiers

Mr. Singh, the soldiers, and families are in my prayers. I've always found this stuff that happens up there, from insurgencies to terrorism to war, very upsetting and pointless. After al lthis time you would think reasonable people would agree there is no point to killing people to change a long standing status quo with no real point. But, then again, not all of the people we deal with nowadays are reasonable.
