I am seeing a lot about 12 guage gun adapter which can convert 11-12 types of bullet with accuracy upto 50 yards.(youtube)
Is this thing available/ allowed in india??

No its not available in India but pretty common in European countries. I wouldn't know about the legal aspects though. Besides one must possess .22 bore endorsement on one's license to avail this facility along with a 12 bore shotgun,if at all.

Besides the legal aspect, reliability and accuracy?! Doubt its any good as the 22 LR is a rimfire and would mean that even a slight shift in how the adapter is "loaded" would result in a misfire. Also, doubles are regulated as per load, so accuracy would be p*** poor - at best!
Even firecrackers go "bang", doesn't make them into a shooter...!!!
