How to Get back Arms form Cousin Uncles.

Hello Gun Lovers,
Need help wondering if there is anyway to get my Dad guns back from my Dad's uncle son's. As my father is no more since I was a 2 year old than those weapons were safely deposited and were transferred to my grandfathers name and now he is also no more I am adult now. Legal heir to arms which belong to my father originally.
After demise of my grandfather weapons were transferred to my Cousin uncles they have 2 rifles, 1 revolver .32 Erma werke is still deposited at police station. As I was still child they have possession is there anyway to get those rifles back legally as our relationship aren't that good anymore with my uncles.
Or procedure to get them would be great.

Please advise as sentimental attachment to those arms which belongs to us.

In a word - No. If they have been transferred in their name, they are now their property and you can have no claim on the same.

Thanks abhijeet even thought by wrong means, got poa of my grandfather being sick not knowing.

I doubt that you could contest the POa after such a long time. But that is purely my guess and may not have any legal standing.
