recent experience with ballistol/syndicate

Post by awini » Fri Oct 09, 2015 8:54 am

I have been buying from syndicate for almost a year now and have always got fair service and immediate complaint redressal, however, thats not the case any longer . I have sent several whatsapp messages and emails in the past week, and have drawn no response at all. I'm planning to buy the Feinwerkbau Sport rifle and some other items, but I think I'll buy directly from abroad now. I know pyramidair isn't shipping guns to India, can anybody suggest another dealer who will ship to India?

It is the same for me. I ordered a Clay shooting jacket and I would call them and they would say that they will call in a minute or so and will not respond . Then after many emails and wattsapp messages, they told me that the courier service returned the booked parcel ,stating that they do not service Tamilnadu. I requested them to send it by SPEED POST. Again after many many mails they sent it after 21days after payment.
Poor customer service

Is there anyone from ballistol management on the forum? They should know that their service has become extremely unprofessional and has plunged into a nosedive.

I would like to express our deepest regret for the inconvenience caused to you on behalf of my customer care team.

Our biggest problem of the hour is the unprofessional courier companies like on-dot, track-on etc . We are in the process of opening account with good courier agencies like Overnight Express and FedEx which will be finalized soon.

I will personally look into your case so please send your mobile number and email address on my mail id which is web[dot]developer[at]ihts[dot]in and ashok[at]syndicate-group[dot]com and we will get in touch with you for solution.
We value your business and hope to retain you as a customer for future.

Thank You

Received a call from Mr Ashok Rai of Ballistol to discuss my experience and concerns, he has assured me of plugging the holes and deficiencies in their customer services. A much appreciated gesture, hopefully things will turn out well the next time I order.
