Never Buy from Huligun.com

Post by xxmkcxx » Wed Sep 30, 2015 12:52 pm

I have just started purchasing my first Air Rifle and Air Pistol.

I always wanted to learn to Aim and Shoot so just recently started purchasing products.

I made a huge mistake of buying from Huligun.com just to save a few hundred rupees. The Blanca Air Pistol that they sent was without any bill and instead of using a cardboard box for shipping they tore the retail packing, flipped it inside out and then used that to send the order to me. Now I have my blanca pistol and a thermacol to store it.

These guys are miser to such extent that they could not use a decent courier service to ship the product like Gati and cant even track the consignment. Apart from this now I am searching for a case to store my Blanca Air pistol because these guys used the retail packing for shipping purpose.

I hope you guys know my story and avoid using Huligun and instead buy from Aimco, they ship from Kolkata and their products are packed in a wooden box with bill and warranty card.

Strange.
I bought a rifle (canon 35) and pellets from them last week. Not only was it delivered within 3 days (very good considering speed post) but also they used wooden packaging. And the reason i ordered was one of my friends who ordered blanca from them was very happy with service as well as the pistol itself....

As for using india post - thats not a big deal by the way, since you are purchasing your first airgun maybe you don't know, but there are tonnes of issues with shipping via private couriers. While sometimes it arrives, sometimes we need to go and collect, and sometimes shipping charges are very high for private couriers. india post is reliable for most f my airgun needs. as long as its either speed post, or at very least, registered parcel.

But i agree, if they used same box for you, maybe bad luck :-( sometimes india post requires plain packaging and not fancy stuff. I don't know. I just sympathize with you. but my experience not bad, in fact i recommended it to some folks as well. But i will check with my friend whether his pistol packaging was good (mine was rifle so it was nicely packed in wooden carton. Maybe they follow different for pistols - will check) and will report back. Meanwhile i'll try to add images of my canon and write a review :-) (surprised how accurate canon is!)

I'm new here, and do not want to interfere between this discussion, but i bought precihole pistol from the huligun.com site and they package very nicely for me. many layers of bubble wrap, thermacol, and courier bag material. Also they mention 100 free pellets but i mailed them and the persons agreed to provide 200 free pellets for no extra money also. Although i feel precihole air pistol is finishing is very nice and also handle and performence, but its not THAT GREAT performance as expected from precihole, but thats not the website fault i think.

I think I have just received a SMS from people behind Huligun claiming to be IFG administration and said my account has been flagged as fake account.

Has anyone else got SMS from admins or is it them cause in that SMS they asked me to take down this post when an Admin can do it himself.

They seem to be putting effort to live up to their name, or atleast the sound of it.

The price for IHP35 .177 at Huligun was 6600 plus shipping. (total 7100 INR). However at Kochi I got it for 5400 From the IHP Authorized dealer!! Why such a huge price difference. Normally online stores sell at a better bargain.
