A game park in South Africa has this special ride for tourists.....

Looks interesting. I think there was something similar in a tiger reserve, somewhere near Bangalore way back in about 1984. But I am not sure if it was something like this as I had never been there.

Bennargahtta in Bangalore has an open air Tiger Reserve, where visitors are taken around in a Van covered with wire mesh, but nothing like what you see in the pic above.aadhaulya wrote:Looks interesting. I've been to Bennargatta in 1990. It was a secured van and not like the above.

While observing the pic closely noted that the big-cats are not interested in the people inside at all, except for the one in green dress, with while gloves, at the tail end of the van.. probably ready to feed them with some favorite meat!!
Was just wondering how the lioness climbed on top of the mesh cage. Though its not uncommon for them to climb trees, climbing the mesh cage is a different thing altogether. Probably they could be able to do it in a wild moment which doesn't seem to be the case here.
