Suggestions for a new .22 rifle

Hello there folks...
I am interested in buying a bolt action rifle in .22 range...
I am looking forward to buy a .22 hornet or a .22 lr...
I have heard that the hornet's ammo is not very cheap too...
I want you to suggest me a right gun for plinking and also please suggest me the company for the rifle other than IOF and also the price...

@STAMPMASTER i assure you that i am not into any illegal activities, i was just not too careful with my words. I meant shooting around tin cans and all but then i read more on the internet and found out my mistake... thank you for the intervention and this won't happen again... :)
