I really want to come as I have vacations from college but I don't have the resources.
I hope I will have fun with you in future.

Re: Recreational Shooting Club in Delhi
Hello,
Lets set it up..
Ideally if we can arrange our own ammo then we need not go on a weekend, when there is rush and needless hassles of providing explanations to all and sundry. Do ask Kamleshwar if he'd like to come as well...
AK.. dude do you have a licence/DSRA/NRAI/Dr.KSSR membership? That will make it easier for us to do this.. as there are tons of hurdles. But don't lose heart... we'll help out.

I probably have the 'Range Viral' When I came back from Kolkata last week, you were aware that I was not well. I went about my work for 3 days and then the fever came back. So I went to the hospital but they kept me there for investigations. They were not able to find any thing wrong with any of the body parts but ere able to confirm that there was a major infection. I have come home today evening and the first thing that came to my mind was when are we shooting again??
Like I told you I have a large quantity of .22 LR and 12 Bore ammunition hence a weekend is not important. Also since I do not have a license of Delhi I can bring my revolver and would prefer not to carry the long guns in my car to Delhi.

Hello,
Good to know you're back on your feet...
We can either go over the weekend or some day next week. I'm ok with either.
Lets see if anyone else wants to come along and we can freeze it.
I have my .22 rifle, so you need not bring yours.
Also, I think you should discuss with Kamlesh/SS etc and get that membership thing worked out as well.

Chandan,
With this hike in the membership to Rs 9000 per month I definitely do not afford it any more. So let me know when we can go and blast off some holes, it maybe one of the last trips there.
Regards

You can take up a membership of the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting range. You have to carry your own gun as they do not give air guns on hire, as per the last information available with me.00satendra wrote:Any clubs in Delhi for air rifle shooting?

I do not know the membership rates for using the AR ranges. But you can go down there and meet Mr. Suri in the armoury for all the details. Besides if you do not want a regular membership, there is an occasional usage fees scheme that you can avail.
Carry a medical certificate, copy of proof of address and two photographs so that if you decide to take up the membership you can do it in the same visit.

You can try SportzCraft. They've got decent ranges, no big formalities, just the KYC.
They also have air pistols and air rifles, you can try them both to see what suits you. Also, they've got trial classes at very nominal rates.
I have personal references in Punjabi Bagh Range, you can PM me if you plan to go there sometimes, I'll give you references and call them in advance.
Cheerios!
