Thanks for your feedback. The same thing I am trying to point out. What I am trying to say is, I align them for a shot and after firing a couple of shots, the screw is so lose that the alignment is disturbed automatically.

Which screw is loose? Elevation (up-down) or windage (side to side)?
Hi,

Windage Screw is a bit loose.

Hi,
Applied Loktite in the sight screw, the problem is solved, now the problem remains only in my shooting style. I m sure after firing a few tens of shots shall achieve the firmness and stability in my shots.

I am posting a few pics of the shots on paper targets. I think I lack stability and I need a good deal of practice, I am shooting after 10-12 years.

The grouping from Diana shot flat head is better than the Marvellous shot pointed. This fits in wth my experince. In a few days I will be putting up a review of some pellet brands (on a request from http://www.kovibazaar.com ) Some pellets can be so inaccurate even when the rifle is bench rested that you start doubting your rifle. When you are standing you blame yourself - but after bench resting you start worrying about the rifle until you revert to a known accurate brand.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. I shall be practising regular from now on. The problem is, I don't have a range nearby. It's a pain getting membership of Gandhinagar Rifle Club and Ahmedabad Rifle Club has a requirement of attending 15 days training programme which is from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, and I have to attend office from 9:30 am. Also, ahmedabad rifle club is quite far from my home in Gandhinagar.
I presume, regular practice will help me a lot.

Dear Sir,

Tried to compare Mastershot Pinted Head and Diana Flat Head today. Diana is quite good and very stable in 10 mtr. Again shot a few times in standing position. I shall be going to the Khanpur rifle club next Sunday and try to shoot in bench-rest position. The sight problem is also solved, I showed it to a local gunsmith at Gujarat Bandook Bhandar and he fixed the problem.

I would appreciate if you can share some tips for good shooting.

For target shooting ..please try Mastershot Flat head...that pellet is somewhat consistent in size and shape.
Pl.view bennedose's post about various pellets.
As I found , interms of accuracy ..flat heads are best at short range..pointeds...no where comes close to that and for long range nothing can beat diabolo.
Pointed is only effective for knockdown, instant or otherwise.

It will not be prudent for me to suggest you perfect pellet for IHP 0.22 as I do not have the gun.
There are quite a few comments about perfect pellet in respect of IHP 0.22 , including benne's , which you may go through.
Mind one things there are three elements ....Gun....pellet...and man behind the gun..all three are responsible for perfection.
You need to identify that first.
IHP also requires serious tuning.... after that it gets to a different level.

Hi All...

Need your valued suggestions...

Attached a Scope on my IHP.... There was no scope rail so attached a 10 mm rail with Araldite...

I am not able to properly zero it, since I have completely no experience...

Please help me in doing it.
