Santa came by with my first modern AR

Friends, I was get to get over my Remington restoration project (still paying attention to the finer details ) when I woke up this morning to a big surprise.
Right before the Christmas tree was lying a big package with my name written on the box.
Did Santa come by ? I asked myself, having seen the ol man dropping a pistol crossbow from the sky with utmost precision last year as his sledge flew past my home :D The crossbow landed on my bedside table.

I looked around and carefully opened the box and there it was : the answer to all my prayers for the perfect rat slayer :D :D
In there was an invisible note that said "this rifle has been given some special attention"... :wink:

I thanked Santa but offered by deepest gratefulness to two people - a dear friend on this forum and the man who can do wonders.

Nikko 6x 40 AO with mildot reticle... will use a new one piece mount with six screws on each side plus stop screw plus base on top of each ring for separate flashlight or red dot :wink:

Its a Nikko Stirling 6x 40 AO with mildot reticle. Very sturdy and works well on ARs and sporting rifles. These are very popular in UK.
